26—27 April

Erla Audunsdottir

(She/her)
Address: Arendalsgata 16, 0463 Oslo
The studio is open Sunday 27 April from 12-17

My artistic practice is rooted in exploring dualistic tensions – the apparent contradictions that shape our lives and surroundings. I engage with questions about what carries and what is carried, and how these relationships manifest both in materials and in human connections. The aristocratic versus the popular, the static versus the dynamic, and, not least, monumentality versus the rhythms of life.

I will host a casting workshop throughout the day, using materials like plaster and wax cast directly into clay, and you get to take your finished piece home. There will also be coffee and cake served!
