Taru Kallio (b. 1986) is an artist living and working in Oslo. With a BA from the Lahti Institute of Fine Art, Finland (2011), and an MFA from the Bergen Academy of Arts (KMD) in 2017.
She has developed an artistic practice that explores humanity through the lens of storytelling. Kallio draws inspiration from myths, narratives, and the collective unconscious, working through various media, including painting, drawing, video, text, and sculptural elements
