Beate Lund Kristiansen (b 1972), I have my ceramics workshop at Kroloftet, Oslo. There I produce and show my works. In my work with clay, I am looking for something that I may never find, but always will try to approach. Something I have not seen yet. I am drawn towards the rough and rustic surface. When the clay showes its nature and power, I like it. I have worked a lot with the square and the cube. Compositions that speak to the room these cubes appear in.
