Mariusz Maslanka (b. 1992, Poland) lives and works in Oslo, where he completed his MFA at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. He also holds a Master’s degree in Printmaking from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw. Maslanka works primarily with sculpture, installation, text, and image.

Reflecting on his surroundings, Maslanka renders impressions of everyday life into poetic narratives. He explores phenomena at the intersection of the mental, physical, and digital, often addressing the structures/infrastructures within which our daily existence unfold.

Recent solo exhibitions include One room after another, Loftet, Kunstnernes Hus, Oslo (2024); HULIAS, Oslo (2023); I am you, but stronger at Gallery SIC BWA Wroclaw (2020). Recent group exhibitions include I am in cloud-storage hell, Warsaw Gallery Weekend, Krupa Gallery (2024); Statens 135. kunstutstilling, Høstutstillingen, Kunstnernes Hus, Oslo (2022); Psychopomp at National Ossolinski Institute, Wrocław (2021); The night will drive a heart at Contemporary Museum Wroclaw (2021).
