26—27 April

Halvor Skiftun Digernes

(He/him)
Address: Bøgata 22, 0655 Oslo
Floor: 1. etasje
The studio is open Saturday 27 April from 12-17

I work with natural materials, primarily sourced by myself, to craft glazes. I’m want to share details about everything I apply to my sculpted or wheel thrown objects, detailing the processes they undergo. This encompasses ash glazes, local clays, stones, other organic materials, or the influence of smoke and gases from various firings. Through these elements, I aim to imbue the objects with a narrative and a artistic essence.
I want the observer to feel engaged by gaining insights and understanding into the different facets of the processes and craftsmanship dedicated to my works.
