(She/her)
Address: Kroloftet, Arnljot Gellines vei 41, 0657 Oslo
Floor: 3
Room number: 304
The studio is open Saturday 27 April from 12-17
Using the landscape as a starting point, I work with various materials such as painting, drawing, frottage printing, sculpture, and installations. I explore the relationship between nature and material culture, which often becomes a dialogue between copy and original and between symbolic thinking and lived experience.
I began my art education at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore (USA) before completing my master’s degree at the Trondheim Academy of Fine Art in the spring of 2021. I live and work in Oslo.

In my studio
Our studio collective is a lively mix of fine arts, design, and craft practitioners.
We have 4 floors of workshops including:
Basement -2: Metal shop & blacksmithing forge
Basement -1: Woodshop
Level 1: Ceramics studio
Level 2: Design, Illustration, & Architecture offices.
Level 3: Textile workshop & artist studios
During Oslo Open workshops will be open to the public to give visitors a closer look at the methods, tools, and spaces we use to create our work.
Planned projects and exhibitions
I am currently working on a book of “reverse illustrations" in collaboration with three American authors. This ongoing project explores themes of nature, landscape, place, and belonging through parallel writing and images. It will be published with Plantas Studio in 2024.
In the studio, I’m also producing a new series of paintings which blend traditional oil painting methods and frottage printing.
