I work with sculpture, objects and installation.
The inspiration often emanates from subject matter concerning politics and contemporary questions. I aim to comment and create an arena for reflections.
Visually, I use bright and flashy colors to create seductive installations with a gloomy backdrop. With my innovative approach to the material, I want to redefine the aesthetics and subject matter of the ceramic sculpture, and create a new understanding of the material’s role in contemporary art.
My overall goal is to be innovative and create something never seen before.
