Creating art together since 2006, Gilles & Cecilie are a French-Norwegian creative duo who met during a fire alarm at Central Saint Martins. Their vision was to build a practice where they could explore the world, create freely, and connect with diverse people and places.
Specializing in wall paintings, installations, and illustrations, they are passionate about transforming spaces into inspiring environments. Rooted in research and storytelling, their work is designed to enhance everyday life—whether in schools, hospitals, offices, or public spaces.
With an international network and a hands-on approach, Gilles & Cecilie collaborate closely with clients to create bespoke, impactful art that fosters connection and joy.

In my studio
Join us at our Pop-Up studio in the Pavilion at Økern Portal. We are surrounded by a series of permanent wall murals, and Cecilie will share insights about the process behind the decorations. There will be an open workshop where you can create collages. If the weather is good, we’ll end the day with a drawing club on the rooftop garden.
