Jeg er utdannet koreograf, danser og kunstner. Jeg jobber innenfor både scene- og billedkunstfeltet, nasjonalt og internasjonalt, med lm, foto, skulptur, installasjon, koreogra og performance. Siden 2003 har jeg arbeidet i ulike samarbeid og prosjekter i Europa, Midt Østen, USA og Øst- Afrika. Erfaringene fra disse stedene, møtene med ulike kunstfelt, arbeid med ulike kollegaer, har påvirket meg som menneske og kunstner på ere vis.

I mitt kunstnerskap undersøker jeg muligheter for å skape alternative forventinger eller fantasier knyttet til vår virkelighet (nåtid) og mulige fremtid(er). Prosjektenes loso er inspirert av konkrete og konseptuelle tilnærminger til kunst og samfunn, fremmet blant annet av tenkere og kunstnere som Franco”Bifo” Berardi (poesi i utvidet forstand som mulig endringsagent i møte med det “Bifo” mener er et impotent politisk system) og Joseph Beuys konsept om sosial skulptur (skulptur refererer her til menneskelig aktivitet og mulighet til å strukturere og forme samfunn eller miljøet via språk,
tanke, handling og objekt). Jeg arbeider o e med utgangspunkt i en eller ere bestemte steder (site), der jeg undersøker ulike og mulige politiske,
sosiale, historiske, økonomiske forhold. Konteksten blir utganspunktet for kunsteriske undersøkelser der ulike og mulige, sammenkoblinger mellom
det kunsteriske, det politiske, økonomiske og det sosiale settes i ere mulige relasjoner til hverandre. Jeg opererer med litt ulik metodikk i utvikling av
de ulike prosjektene, men som ofest arbeider jeg med eget eller andres arkivmateriale, deltagende observasjon og intervju, tilfeldighets dramaturgi, strukturert improvivisasjon og komposisjon. Jeg henter ofte inn ulike individer og grupper i utvikling av prosjektene mine (kunstnere og ikke). Jeg arbeider konseptuellt og prosessuellt og velger materiale, form og uttrykk utifra hva jeg opplever mest relevant for de kunstneriske undersøkelsene som skal gjøres og materialet som skal utvikles, for det enkelte prosjekt.
