En sterk interesse i mitt arbeid er å forfølge hvordan små forskyvninger og endringer påvirker det kunstneriske uttrykket. Jeg arbeider mot uttrykk og fortellinger som er nye – samtidig som de har en forankring i keramiske tradisjoner. Leirgods som materiale bærer med seg allmenne assosiasjoner fra keramikkens historie, som blir en del av det kunstneriske språket.
