Evelin Sillén is an artist based in Oslo. She earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Oslo National Academy of the Arts. She also studied feminist writing and theory at the women folk high school in Gothenburg. During her upbringing on a farmland close to Stockholm, she spent a lot of time observing and acting within the pulses of the forest. This is one of the gateways into her work and inspirations of today. A sensing reprogramming of the human lens, where inner and outer worlds are allowed to meet. Her work often manifests through writing and singing.
